Internal Quality Assurance Cell(IQAC)

In pursuance of the National Action Plan of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, for performance evaluation, assessment and accreditation and quality up-graduation of institutions of higher education, NAAC proposes that every accredited institution establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC will become a part of an institution's system and work towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.

The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the performance of institutions. The IQAC will make a significant and meaningful contribution in the post-accreditation phase of institutions. During the post-accreditation period, the IQAC will channelize the efforts and measures of an institution towards academic excellence.

Prof.Dr.B.Sridhar Reddy

B.E., M.B.A., Ph.D.

Prof. Dr. B. Sridhar Reddy, Director of Accreditation & Ranking, holds a Ph.D. in HRM, an MBA in HRM, and a BE in Chemical Engineering. With 28 years of experience as both an academician and industry professional, he has led innovation projects (including incubation centers), research initiatives, and has published papers in national and international journals. He is also a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Best Teacher Award.

Prof. Sridhar Reddy has held various leadership positions, including Registrar, Dean of Accreditations, Dean of Academics, Controller of Examinations (COE), and Principal at both government and private leading educational institutes and universities.

He has represented the government as a Special Observer for APPSC, GATE, EAMCET, and TSECET, and is an expert in NIRF rankings, NBA, and NAAC accreditations. Prof. Reddy has extensive experience in academics, examinations, placements, and skill development.

Prof. Sridhar Reddy has presented and published numerous national and international papers, book chapters, and manuscripts (45). He also serves as an editor, guest editor, editorial board member, reviewer, and invited speaker for several international and national journals. His research credentials include 2,363 citations, an h-index of 15, and an i10-index of 21.
